When will my order arrive?

Every item is made to order. Orders ship within 5 business days, then Canada Post delivery time applies. Delivery dates are estimates based on Canada Post delivery standards.

What is the last day to order for the parade?

Golden Horseshoe: Thursday, November 12. Rest of Canada: Tuesday, November 10. Orders placed by these dates are expected to arrive before the parade on November 22.

What is the last day to order for Christmas?

Golden Horseshoe: Friday, December 11. Rest of Canada: Monday, December 7.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes. Orders of $125 or more ship free anywhere in Ontario by Canada Post Expedited. Other shipping options are charged at full rate.

What if my order is delayed in transit?

Once your order ships, delays caused by the carrier, weather or other events beyond our control are not eligible for refunds or credits. Need it by a specific date? Order early.

My package says delivered, but I don't have it. What do I do?

First check with neighbours, your mailbox, your building's mailroom or concierge, and your local post office for a notice card. If it still hasn't turned up within 5 days of the delivered scan, contact us with your order number and we will open a claim with Canada Post. Once the claim is approved, we will replace your order.

How do I find my size?

Each product page includes a size guide. Please check it before ordering, since all sales are final. If you are between sizes, we recommend sizing up for a relaxed fit.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, within 6 hours of placing it. Contact us with your order number. After 6 hours, production begins and orders cannot be cancelled.

Can I return or exchange an item?

Every item is printed just for you, so all sales are final. We cannot accept returns or exchanges for sizing or change of mind. If your item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us within 14 days of delivery and we will make it right. See our refund policy for details.
